  • (she/her)

With deep empathy, Olivia goes above and beyond for each new patient.

Olivia Agrusa is the new patient coordinator and executive assistant to Dr. Chelsea Beyers at Treasure Valley Pelvic Health. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies.

Care at Treasure Valley Pelvic Health begins with the first point of contact — and that’s Olivia. From the first Care Call or email, she goes above and beyond for new patients. Whether that’s calling their insurance to look into benefit details or tracking down the answers to questions, she always does her best to deliver!

Olivia brings an empathetic approach to her conversations with new patients. She wants them to know they aren’t alone in their experience. She finds immense personal satisfaction in connecting someone with a provider who has the power to change their life.

She majored in sociology as well as women, gender, and sexuality studies while attending Portland State University. Her academic pursuits culminated in a thesis centered on the intricate aspects of menstrual health practices during menarche, demonstrating a long-time passion for health. She has also worked in the nonprofit sector, where she focused on youth empowerment. Olivia designed programs to support middle school girls as they navigate the complexities of their changing bodies, food culture, friendships, and romantic relationships.

Olivia is an enthusiastic fan of reality TV. In her leisure time, Olivia likes to cook new recipes, spend time in nature, indulge in movie marathons, read, and — above all else — cuddle up with her beloved feline companion, Carole.
