  • PT, DPT

  • (she/her)

Dr. Sarah is passionate about providing care to all individuals, and she has additional training in manual therapy, management of older adults, and pelvic floor therapy.

As a multi-sport athlete, Dr. Sarah became interested in a physical therapy career after experiencing injuries herself and witnessing the positive impact physical therapists had on her life and the lives of her family and friends. Her respect for these physical therapists inspired her to help others return to the activities they love as well.

Dr. Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Idaho State University and received her doctorate in physical therapy from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee.

In the treatment of pelvic floor symptoms, Dr. Sarah is Pelvic Function Level 1 Certified through Herman & Wallace and Level 1 Physio Pregnancy and Postpartum Certified through Institute of Clinical Excellence. She also has a functional movement training (FMT) certification in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and has completed manual therapy training for treatment of the lumbar spine from McKenzie Institute. She is on track to receive a certification in Management of the Older Adult from the Institute of Clinical Excellence. She plans to further her education with the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification from Herman & Wallace.

In her spare time, Dr. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies. They enjoy camping and hiking together in Idaho. When she has time, Dr. Sarah also enjoys baking, crochet, and board games of all kinds.

Dr. Sarah is gentle, caring, and evidence-based to focus on improving patients’ overall quality of life.
