(she/her)
Dr. Merenci is passionate about helping patients reconnect with their bodies and return to the activities that bring them joy.
She believes in treating the whole person by recognizing the connection between physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. Using an individualized, evidence-based approach, Dr. Merenci supports each patient’s unique goals while creating a space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their care. She works collaboratively with her patients to build sustainable habits that improve quality of life both inside and outside the clinic, and she is dedicated to helping people move forward with confidence and get back to the activities they love most.
Dr. Merenci specializes in pelvic health and strives to reduce the stigma surrounding pelvic floor physical therapy through education and compassionate care. She treats a variety of conditions including pelvic pain, urinary dysfunction, and postpartum concerns, and her goal is to help patients better understand their bodies and feel more comfortable and confident in their daily lives.
Dr. Merenci earned her Bachelor of Science degree in health science from Boise State University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She has also completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1, 2A, and 2C training and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education in pelvic health. Dr. Merenci believes deeply in the body’s ability to adapt, heal, and grow, and she brings that perspective into every patient interaction.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Merenci enjoys running, mountain biking, and camping with her partner and their dog, Stanley.
