Dr. Emily is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where patients can address their unique symptoms, needs, and aspirations.

She provides unwavering support, compassion, and guidance for her pelvic health patients. Dr. Emily recognizes the sensitive nature of pelvic health and strives to establish an open and empowering atmosphere that eradicates any feelings of shame or embarrassment. She treats a wide range of conditions, including urinary incontinence (stress, urge, and mixed), pelvic pain, diastasis, prolapse, dyspareunia, and vaginismus. She firmly believes in holistic care, addressing not only physical but also mental and emotional well-being.

Her personal experiences led Dr. Emily to specialize in pelvic health, and she’s fervently committed to dismantling the stigma surrounding pelvic floor physical therapy. She aims to raise awareness about its remarkable benefits for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Emily attended Boise State University for her undergraduate studies and earned her doctorate degree from Idaho State University.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Emily treasures quality time spent with her wonderful husband, friends, and family. She is an enthusiastic culinary explorer, experimenting with new recipes and savoring diverse cuisines. Dr. Emily enjoys games, reading, and podcasts, which let her learn and connect with the world. Additionally, Dr. Emily finds joy in skiing for its exhilaration and in surfing for its serenity — both activities connecting her to the beauty of nature.
