  • (she/her)

Dr. Chelsea strongly believes that one must be treated as a whole:

mind, body, and soul.

This belief guides her approach as she helps patients work toward their goals and return to activities they’ve been limited in. She adopts a holistic and intuitive approach to care, complemented by her interest in energy medicine. Dr. Chelsea fosters her patients’ success by coaching them through mindset shifts, success strategies, and ways to seamlessly integrate home programs into their busy lives. Dr. Chelsea brings more than a decade of experience, an innate love of learning, and a relentless determination to identify the root causes of patients’ symptoms. She guides her patients on their healing journeys to help them live more comfortable and healthful lives.

Her journey into pelvic floor therapy began when her grandmother’s pelvic health issues kept her from attending Dr. Chelsea’s wedding. Although Dr. Chelsea had been focused on orthopedic therapy initially, further experiences with patients revealed the pelvic floor’s pivotal role in various health problems. As she shifted her focus to be a pelvic floor therapist, she quickly recognized the profound impact of this specialized care on people’s quality of life.

An Idaho native, Dr. Chelsea attended the University of Idaho for her undergraduate studies and continued on to the University of Utah for her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Dr. Chelsea pursued extensive pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Institute, The Barral Institute, and other specialization programs. She’s a certified Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master and a ThetaHealing Practitioner. Earlier in her career, Dr. Chelsea started a groundbreaking pelvic health program at St. Dominic’s Memorial Hospital in Mississippi. She is also a founding board member and the treasurer for the Idaho Association for Sexual Health Professionals.

Dr. Chelsea and her husband have three spunky kids, a ball-crazy dog, and a mischievous cat. When she’s not helping people through their healing journey, you’ll find her doing home renovation projects, watercoloring, hiking, camping, being silly with the kids, and finishing the day with a good book or movie.
